Our Beliefs

I believe you can have a business and continue to be honest to
your customers; they don't need an expensive feed, when other brands will be
just as good. Buying local commodities is very important to my business. Keeping money in the community only makes the town stronger.
                                         -Jack Miklovich, Owner

Coffee Policy

At Outback Jack's Feed & Seed, we solve the worlds problems, with our own little coffee crew, we start our 'meetings' at about 8:30 and usually end around noon. Our usuals are Lin Gravlin, Stan Miller, Dan Czaczkowski, Dan Adamic, Chris Howland, & Dick Coulter, and in the summertime we have an additional two: Charlie Braidwood, and Dave Lamphiere.
Whether we're working hard or hardly working, we've always got time to talk.

Check Us Out On Facebook!

On Facebook, we are now updating our statuses to match the favorite quote of the day, from one of our coffee crew members! Whether it's a Dan Adamic "To Make a Long Story Short..." Quote, or something from Lin & Stan, We're sure it will get your day started off great! Check back every day to see what is happening, and you can even join us in the mornings!

What Does The County Press Say About Us?

NORTH BRANCH -  Open for business in late March, Outback Jack's Feed & Seed in North Branch is your old-fashion type store, with the owners on the premises to talk over coffee.
Outback Jack's is open at 4333 Mill St. in North Branch. It is owned and operated by Jack & Sherry Miklovich of Clifford. Jack is a North Branch High School graduate, and has been in the area 50 years, so the family has deep ties to Lapeer County.
"We carry all types of animal feed for horses, cats, fish, fertilizer, and ordering is available. We have pond supplies," Sherry said, and added it's been Jack's dream to operate a feed business. He formerly worked at Pigeon Co-Op and Royster-Clark.
    Business hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Phone: (810) 688-3030
